We just went through the whole "Emma McPhee" stage here. Same tooth and all! We got so sick of seeing her stick it out over her lip, that Sean grabbed her, I held her hands, and POP! it came right out, hardly any force required. Although it did remind me that I hate pulling teeth. It's like pulling teeth. Ha ha ha.
